this project emerges as it takes form. axial refers to the axis—an invisible line around which a body rotates. the central reference that holds parts together. a straight central part in a structure to which other parts are connected. the second cervical vertebra, below the atlas at the top of the backbone. a project finds its vertebrae in the intersection between what technology offers us and what our mind can activate. its existence lies in the meta-creation. exposing production in its raw state, revealing the interface beneath the noise, shifting across different daws. it circles around the skeleton (fragile, rotating, exposed)—the structure of bones that sustains the flesh. sound carves visuals, shaping them in real time, making the process visible. every recording means we’re leaving our trace in the digital realm. you bring it back to life because you’re observing it.
